David K. O'Hara is a transatlantic writer and academic whose first novel was titled Transatlantic. His work has appeared in The Believer and Critique: Studies in Contemporary Fiction. He lives in Oxford. You can check in on him over here.
Josiah Henderson
Josiah J. Henderson is a 6'5" human male. He lives with five or six other lovely people in the Pointe St-Charles neighbourhood of Montreal, Quebec, and studies Illustration & Design at Dawson College and can be found in church on Sundays or, during the rest of the week. here.
Mike Giles
Is a partner and lead designer at Furni design studio in Montreal, He occasionally finds time to dig himself out of a pile of sawdust and submit things to Thaylor that inspire, invoke and motivate him to "keep on truckin" in this topsy-turvy world. He lives and works in Montreal.
Kristina Bresnen
Kristina Bresnen is currently working on her first book of poetry, provisionally titled Pascal's Fire. In her spare time she reads other peoples writings and helps Thaylor with editing and searching out writers for this little site of ours. She lives in Montreal.
Jeremy Patterson
Jeremy Patterson calls Sheffield, England home. He did however spend time growing up in Australia, some of his adult life in Paris and is now exploring Montreal, where he plays a considerable amount of football, and shoots and develops photos shot with actual film.
Sophie Jodoin
Sophie Jodoin is a visual artist based in Montreal. She has a BFA from Concordia University and has exhibited in Galleries across the country. You can see more of her work here, and catch of on what she’s up here.
Dave Schmidt
Born and raised in upstate New York, he started burning through film at age 11 despite pleas from my parents to stop. He’s shot photos a variety of clients including a Stowe Mountain Resort, Whiteface Ski Resort, Gore Mountain Resort, Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) and the Lake Placid Visitors Bureau, and updates his site on the regular.
In his free time he’s the VP of Marketing for LPA Design, the makers of the PocketWizard brand of photo accessories.
Dave Lank
Dave Lank is a freelance marketing consultant and teaches Entrepreneurship at Concordia University. He works on and promotes sustainable and social business initiatives in the city of Montreal where he photographs and documents the city with a focus on the architecture from the late 60's through the late 70's, arguably the most interesting period in the city's rise during the last century.
Jay Thaylor
A math wiz, an old man, an observer of culture. Jay is an artist or as he refers to himself, a tinkerer, who has lived in Montreal, Okayama, as well as a short stint in Boston in the late 70’s. He now lives in Nova Scotia when not traveling.
Joseph O'Connor
Joe Is a family man, a husband, a father, a friend, a builder of kayaks, a runner, a fly fisherman, and a creative at heart. He lives and works in the west end of Montreal and writes when we ask him to if he has the time.
Jason Taylor
After ten years of working as a photographer and film maker in what is fashionably known as ‘development’, Jason Taylor came to the realisation that much of what he was involved in was little more than managed poverty. This led to him to start The Source Project. The Source Project is about using media to engage people in some of the many issues we need embrace.
Danielle Levy
Part activist, part nutritionist, part really curious human being. Danielle Levy grew up in NDG, lives in Toronto and has her heart set on Asia. Her interest in the arts has her checking in and feeding us with great ideas on a regular basis.
